Membership of the Squash Club is only available to persons who are Full Members of the League Club and are able to play the game.
If you would like to become a member of the Squash Club, you need to complete the prescribed application form and pay the prescribed Membership Fee. The application form can only be obtained by telephoning Gary McIntyre on (H) 9584 2959 or sending an email request to him at gjmcintyre@bigpond.com.au.
Payment of the Membership Fee will entitle you to the following privileges:
- The right to play on the courts at the following times (unless being used for the Club Championships or special competitions or events):
- 10 am to 5 pm on Saturdays (3 courts)
- 10 am to 2 pm on Sundays (3 courts)
- The right to participate in the Club Championships
- The right to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting of the Squash Club
- The right to attend subsidised socials held by the Squash Club
You can only play on the courts during Squash Club hours with other members of the Squash Club
Squash Club members are able to apply for selection and pay an additional Competition Fee to represent the Squash Club in the teams of the Pennant and Daytime Competitions which are conducted at the following times during most of the year:
Pennant Competitions
- Tuesdays from 7pm on Tuesdays (3 courts)
- Wednesdays from 7 pm on Wednesdays (2 courts)
- Thursdays from 7 pm on Thursdays (3 courts)
Daytime Competitions
- Tuesdays from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm on Tuesdays (3 Courts)
For about 7 weeks from the latter half of January the Squash Club also conducts a Summer Competition. Any financial Squash Club member is entitled to nominate for selection in such competition but preference will be given to those members who have nominated and paid the prescribed Competition Fees to play for the Squash Club in the next Pennant or Daytime Competitions.
